Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and Armenia, hold simultaneously two C-level positions generating from base to well over €500 million annually, and had to interact with government, unions, regulatory bodies, suppliers, financial analysts, investors and stakeholders.

Reporting to the board with P&L responsibility, built this wholly owned subsidiary of OTE S.A. from scratch and established it as the Telecommunications Hub in South East Europe.
- Developed company’s strategy and business model.
- With full P&L management, consistently exceeded aggressive MOI, revenue and unit cost targets, incl. achieving €2.3 million / employee KPI within a fiercely competitive market.
- Achieved 61% growth in 2004 and 57% in 2005, compared to the 12% European average.
- Expanded the international reach of the company, achieving 63% of data services revenue and 79% of voice businesses revenues to be generated outside of Greece.
- Achieved 40% decrease in required capex for the company’s global network expansion by negotiating strategic alliances and interconnecting seamless our transmission networks with key global players in North & South America, Asia and North Europe.
